Thursday, July 24th - A Day with Oma and Auntie Kendra

Since our time at my parent's house was so short the previous weekend, we decided to spend the day with Auntie Kendra before heading to Cincinnati for the Tiemeier family reunion tomorrow. Unfortunately, my mom hadn't been feeling well and didn't go to work. The blessing in her being sick was that she was home to see the girls a bit more. Although we had talked about shopping or maybe going to the park, we just hung around at the house for the day and relaxed. It was definitely what everyone needed.

I made quesadillas for everyone for lunch. However, I forgot to pack bibs for the girls. In an effort to keep their clothes somewhat clean, we decided to let them eat lunch in their diapers. They didn't seem to mind!

Cora has gotten pretty comfortable around my parent's house so we don't worry too much when she wanders downstairs. This time, she came back with a pair of Papa's socks and wanted to put them on. With only a diaper and socks, she is a sight to behold!

Disa caught red-handed as she tries to get mommy's camera out of the case.
