Wednesday, July 23rd - Back Together Again

After some busy days at the conference, I took the Metra from downtown to Libertyville to meet up with Brian and the girls. It was wonderful to see everyone and we had lots of fun the rest of the day!

Reading books with Cora and Disa

This crazy bug was on the wall in the dinning room.

At first, I thought it might be a new piece of artwork but it was a live bug!

For dinner, Brian's mom and grandmother made some delicious tilapia with a caper sauce. In typical fashion, Cora wanted to help. Grandma was kind enough to let Cora measure the parsley she was chopping. It was pretty cute.

Cora had to show me her new bubbles that she got so we went out to the backyard to try them out. Disa loved getting the bubbles blown in her face.

Before bed, the girls went to Brian to give him a hug.

They were so cute cuddling with him on the couch.
